It's now week two of my joint challenge with
CheerfulStamppad.blogspot.com ! It's a great theme: Black & White. This theme really lends itself to so much creativity, as you can see from the work shared by the Lunagirl Moonbeams DT and the Cheerful Stamppad DT who have kindly agreed to be Guest Designers for this challenge.
Check out the Black and White challenge to see more lovely DT inspiration and some beautiful entries as well... and link up your entry for this challenge for a chance to win the random drawing on June 4. The lucky winner will receive a $15 shopping spree at
Lunagirl.com to choose some new digital collage sheets and/or image CDs to play with!
I'll actually be on vacation when the challenge ends, but I will check in to do the drawing and announce the winner... and send the prize. Lunagirl will be checking in from the beach so I may be a little mellower than usual but I'll get it done. :-)
Starting on June 4 (or June 5?) Lunagirl will be sponsoring a new challenge at
CheerfulStamppad.blogspot.com, with the fabulous theme of TRAVEL TO FARAWAY PLACES. Be sure to visit Vicki's site to take part in this challenge. Should be a lovely one!
My next challenge here will start on June 19, and it will be another shared challenge with CheerfulStamppad, with the fun theme of SHOES.
Enough news... here are some beautiful pictures to look at!

VEE CASSIDY: for Week Two a civil war gentleman to make a card. |
|
HAZEL HARRIS My Crafty Outlook : I used one of the images from Lunagirl's civil war ladies-gents, kindly supplied by Lunagirl as sponsor of the challenge, printed out and matted on to black card. Papers are some that I've had for some time, with a piece of torn vellum with pocket watches behind the image. |
|
BARBARA GODDEN Barb's Creative Corner : For Week 2 of the Black & White challenge I used the same Flower Line Art page, I love poppies and this one being tall and narrow I knew I wanted to make an A2 center step card. I used Spellbinders Fancy tags for the sentiment and Memory Box Latchette Border die for the side pieces. Black and white cards can be used for so many occasions. |
|
KARLA BADANZA Poetic Postcards : For the second week of Black and white I made a card a card using another image by Lunagirl Moonbeams. I layered it on a scrapbook paper and added crystals, ribbons and a trim lace. The sentiment is from the internet. So, my lovelies, choose to be happy and keep playing along with us! Have an inspiring week! |
|
VEE CASSIDY: For Week Two, Vee also created this beautiful scrap page! |
|
VICKI ROMAINE, owner of Cheerful Stamp Pad :I used a portrait LG image on a black diecut. As an accent I placed a black butterfly trimmed in gold in the lower corner. |
Lovely cards.
