Our latest addition to our range of over 50 image CDs features 220 photos and photo postcards of babies and toddlers from the Victorian era through the 1920s and 30s.There are beautiful tinted postal cards, sepia photos, black and white photos. Some with French handwriting which give them that authetic shabby times-gone-by look.
You'll even find a few antique baby birth announcements, with French baby names and details written on them a century ago and mailed to family or friends. How poignant, to think that that little person whose birth the card celebrated has probably passed on long ago.
There is beautiful variety of photo postcards, plus a selection of unique Victorian cabinet cards, charming "real photos," and even some pictures of mother and child.
As I mentioned in an earlier post, we have hundreds of postcards waiting to be scanned, restored and published ... a large collection of over 2,000 acquired from a European collector, finally got it sorted ... so check back now & then to see what's new!
